The Rating Division can provide consultancy to both owners and occupiers of commercial and industrial buildings of all types. We provide an integrated service covering the client’s receipt of rate demands, validation of amounts payable, actual payment, and continues through to refund recovery, applications for rate relief, appeal resolution and budgetary estimates.

Our clients understand that, in this specialist and technical area of surveying, our services remove the administrative burden of managing tax issues and minimise client liabilities.

LSH's Rating consultancy service includes:

• An impact analysis which seeks to predict and estimate the outcome of certain planned scenarios, including the vacation of part of a building, demolition or extension.
• Budgetary estimates, including accurate liability projections up to five years into the future.
